 The Old City Inn lies within the original 12th century
 walls of the city of Baku. This small & luxury hotel 
has been sympathetically renovated in 1999 from a
 local artist's studio to serve business and leisure 
travelers seeking the high quality service, privacy

    The hotel was founded as the Center of Excellence
 of the Department of Hotel Management and Hospitality
 of well-known Western University of Baku, in assistance
 with The Hotelschool of Hague (Hague, Netherlands),
 Queen Margaret University College (Edinburgh, UK)
 and Dublin Institute of Technologies (Dublin, Ireland). 

    In 2002 The International Committee for the TQM 
Total Quality Management QC-100 model, formed
by group of companies & prestigious professionals,
 has decided to present Old City Inn the International
 Quality Era Award for Tourism and Innovation (IQEA)
 in the Gold Category. This award was presented in
 recognition of the values of Quality, Innovation and
 Management in Tourism.
     The Gallery Restaurant and Bar welcome you for
 breakfast, lunch and dinner. On the rooftop level you
 will find The Harbor Cafe, which affords spectacular
