We accept convenient methods of payment by Visa and Master 
Cards as well as by cash and bank transfer. Cash payment 
should be done in AzN, however, the payment in USD could 
be done in accordance with the local legislation and the 
hotel’s purchasing rate.

*All above rates are inclusive of Buffet Breakfast
*All above rates are exclusive of Value Added Tax currently
 at 18% (otherwise, the tax exemption certificate must 
be submitted)
*All above rates are inclusive of AzN 1 Municipality tax 
per person per night
*All above rates are valid until December 31, 2007 
*All reservations are due to be guaranteed by a credit 
card or a company/travel agency letter.
*All guaranteed reservations should be cancelled in writing
 72 hours prior to arrival, failure to do so will result 
in a one night 
   cancellation fee. 
*The hotel reserves the right to cancel non-guaranteed 
reservations at 6:00 P.M. 
*The obligation (if any) of the company to pay for its 
guest must be submitted to the hotel in a written form. 
The company pays 
   to the hotel after  the guest’s departure and upon 
receipt of the proper invoice from the hotel. 
*The hotel reserves the right to review above rates.
*Our official check-in time is 2:00 P.M. and check-out 
time is 12:00 noon. Early check--in and late check-out 
are subject to      
    availability and  additional charge.
*Please note that above mentioned rates are not valid 
during the Oil and Gas Exhibition or any other special 
events.
